Group classes are intense and fast paced. Coaches guide the class through warmups, skill practice, workouts, and cool downs. Classes provide a motivational atmosphere to encourage you to perform at a level that will help you reach your goals. Welcome to the sport of fitness. Please see Getting Started for prerequisites.

Olympic Weightlifting
Our Olympic Weightlifting classes focus on the Snatch and Clean & Jerk along with important auxiliary movements. We have found that the most successful CrossFit athletes have a strong foundation in the Olympic Lifts. They are perfect for anyone looking to improve their proficiency, technique and strength. The classes are small and RSVP only. Classes meet two times per week.

The Olympic Class requires purchasing at least a 3x a week CrossFit membership. This allows you to attend two Olympic Classes and 1 CrossFit Class per week. There is not a separate Olympic Class only membership
Corrective Exercise and Mobility Class
An hour-long class focused on the specific mobility and stability limitations as indicated individually through an FMS. We are dedicated to helping all of our members become stronger, faster, leaner, and healthier all while minimizing risk of injury. This class is open to anyone who has already completed the FMS assessment.
Requires a Functional Movement Screen

We highly recommend everyone complete an FMS after joining the gym. Understanding what limitations you may have will help you become stronger and healthier faster.

We sure do! All of our coaches have different specialties, knowledge and experience so pricing varies. Email us and we will find the best coach that fits your goals and needs.
What is a typical CrossFit Class like?
Our classes all last an hour and we maximize our time to the fullest. We start by leading you through various warm up and mobility drills to prepare the body for exercise. We continue by discussing the workout and demonstrate the various movements involved. After reviewing and practicing the movements as a group, we begin the workout. After the workout if time permits we finish with various stretching and cool down exercises.
What is your Olympic Weightlifting Class For?
The Olympic Lifts are the most challenging but also most rewarding and beneficial movements we teach. By improving your skill and strength in the Olympic Lifts you will not only get better at CrossFit, but you will become a better athlete in general. The Olympic Lifts are like the Nyquil of training. You will improve speed, power, flexibility, strength, agility, balance, and more by doing these movements.
Do I have to reserve class times?
Aside from our Mobility and Olympic Classes, you can come to any class time on any day and do not need to reserve a spot. We believe flexibility is important when choosing a gym. We always do our best to keep class sizes smaller in order to provide the best coaching to each individual.
